My case is as follows,
I have a dreamcast and I love it.
It plays everything i bought so far (original and copy if the original isnt availble)
theres one game that didnt work for me at all and thats
Powerston2 English
my machine is Japan NTSC-U and i really want to play that game in english as its the only second language i understand in addittion to my mother tongue..

there was some pal fixes around but i really dont know how to apply them. my knowledge in emulation is ZERO!
Also there was this bootloader 1.2 that i wanted to try but the thing is the CD is labled SELFBOOT and i even tried my utopia loader and it didnt work..

When i insert the game CD and just goes to the control panel. with the loader it just stays there and do nothing (the moose picture is on the back ground an no reading from the CD at all)

is there anyway i could play the game in english?

I was histant to buy the origianl cause it might not work and its not around where i live i have to order it from the states and im all the way in Saudi!!!!

if you can, read some of the info found the NFO files of the zip package they explaing how to apply a patch
