JAP PSP in the UK

a friend of mine has just bought 5 PSP's from japan. I'm probably getting one off him but does anyone know if UK games, when they come out, will work???
Or will i be ordering games from the US and Japan for the rest of its days???

No it's only for the UMD movies that are region related claims Sony. The games should be region free. It's made like this for people that travel a lot around the world, so they can pick up a game from there and play. It hasn't been tested yet though, so keep fingers crossed till 24th March to know more about Jap PSP and USA games.

cheers, i've heard that there are issues with USA PSP's but JAP's are the same region as UK's, so they should be ok, GULP [as money is being handed over]
