top spin error - Graphics Card Suggestions

i bought the top spin game on pc today but i can't get it to run. it installs all well but once i launch the program it comes up with an error msg sayin:

"The video card doesn't support a required feature for Top Spin. You should update the driver of this card. (Doesn't support vertex or/and pixel shaders version 1.1)"
does anyone else have this same problem or have any ideas to get around it?

my sys is:
P4 2.4GHz, 512MB, NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440

As you accept that its hardware problem, I have moved the thread to the new hardware forum. Anyways, as munster said, its all down to budget. Unless you are a graphics whore, like most people these days
