Works with one burner but not another?

Hello all, first-time poster, long-listener. I've been burning lots of DC games, I've burned about 50 with my first burner, an Iomega ZipCD 4x4x24. It always burned games correctly, never any coasters, regardless of the media I used.

I've just bought a new burner, Creative CD-RW Blaster 12x10x32. Dreamcast games won't burn on it for some reason. It can copy anything else, audio CD's, PC data CD's, etc. But I use the EXACT same settings on Diskjuggler or Nero or CDRWin and I always get a coaster on this burner. I've tried burning at 12x, 10x.... all the way down to 1x and I always get a coaster.

What gives? Why does it work on one burner but not with another? My DJ settings (my personal favorite program to use) are these:

Mode 2, block 2336, CD-ROM TOC, RAW write

Shouldn't that be a CD-XA TOC?

Maybe it does, I always use CD-ROM TOC, and it has always worked, without fail (well, until the new burner). I'm going to try that, perhaps that is the problem.

Anyone else?

It depends on the burner,a lot of burners can't copy them. The first one you had was able to because of the firmware. So put the first burner in your computer.I would recommend that.
