Patching Problem. Really big Problem

I want to copy the game Supperrunabout. But this game has Problems with HP Burners and i download a patch for it. Then i patched the cdi format game but when i want to copy the cdi file with Discjuggler it says: Unknown??????
The patch says that i have to patch the cdi after injecting. What the hell means that???
Come, plz help me.
