Richard Burns rally crash

I've installed richard burns rally with 1.02 patch on my pc and it woks fine.

I try to install RBR 1.02 on my portable pc....when appear the "Create user" display it crash....the pc doesn't answer...the keybord is insensible...ctrl+alt+can=nothing....the game freze...

any solutions??thx
