Have you clicked on the link that would have come with the email that would have been sent immediately after you registered? According to your User Status you have not. Check that!

this seems to be this problem!!! I didnīt got an email from this Forum!
I īve also tested the "lost password" function and no email arrived  what can I do now? there seems to be an problem, my email provider is "gmx.de"

Use another email provider is gmx.de stops our emails:
Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected] Action: failed Status: 5.5.0 Diagnostic-Code: smtp;553-5.7.1 {mx016} The IP address of the server you are using to connect to GMX does not have 553-5.7.1 a DNS PTR record (reverse record). The recipient does not want to receive 553 5.7.1 mail from such servers.

Is it possible to set this GMX spam option for a certain domain or does this apply for all incoming mail (for all domains)? I can uderstand that you would enable this but for now I do not know how to exactly add a valid PTR record to our dns server (bind)
@ GLH: It was just an example, the first gmx mail which was rejected in my log

Now i have taken a look into the settings of the GMX SpamTool. I turned it now ON and make the entry "*@fileforums.com" in the Whitelist. Please send me an eMail to check if it work now!
