Okay, new request on Emperor's Tomb

Appearantly part of what I posted before could be construed as illegal and so was edited and locked. So here's my request again, with the part that's questionable taken out:

I would really like to get higher quality music from Indiana Jones & the Emperor's Tomb. I own the game, only I own the PC version. The mp3's used for the music in the PC version are not very good quality. I've heard that in the X-box version they are WMA's and are much better quality.

Would any of you be kind enough to help me out since I don't have an XBox? I feel bad asking, but would really like to get a higher quality version of the music. I just need someone to extract and sends the music files to me. It should fit fine on a CD, or you could send it via internet pretty quickly. I could even give you an FTP login and have you upload it to my site. Again I could compensate for the CD or whatever materials.

The main reason I want to get them is for an Indiana Jones/Star Wars fanfilm I'm making. Fanfilm means it's copyrighted material, so I cannot make any money on it (which means we don't have much to put into it). I'm just making it for the fun of it, and as tribute to some movies I love. I need higher quality music from Emperor's Tomb for the soundtrack of this short film.

It doesn't matter how you word it. You are asking for copyrighted game files. It does not matter if you own the game or not, since it is illegal for someone to distribute copyrighted material.

Xbox and PC are considered completely different platforms. So you having a PC version in no way entitles you to the xbox version. It is like owning a game with your favorite song in it. Then seeing that song in another game but better quality. It is illegal to take the better quality song, even though you have a lower quality on another disk.

You might as well be asking for the entire xbox game, and saying it is ok because you own the PC version.

so please, don't ask again.
