Need Help: How to burn a CD and CD-ROM

I am trying to do an audio CD that also has CD-ROM functionality that will autoplay in a computer. So it will play the CD tracks in a CD player and play the CD-ROM on a computer. What software can do this and how is it done?

Are you wanting to include data files/ custom video or just a music cd?
