do you have to patch dc games? and if so what patches do you have to do forsure?? can not patching harm your tv or anything else?

You don't have to, but if the group that released it didn't make it self-boot or pal compatible, then you might want to.

Don't see a reason why it would hurt your tv, patch or no patch a NTSC game will still run at 60hz just the number of lines on the screen are more.

But I could be wrong!
