Buffer Under Run Problems

hey every time i try to burn either marvel vs capcom 2, shenmue, silent scope, spider man and some more it gose to 56 cache,
ne body know wats wrong ,

does it only happen with these mentioned titles or are these teh first ones you have tried burning using dj
