utopia boot cd

Sorry for being an idiot ... but what can u do with that utopia bootcd?

BTW where can I find some FAQ's about DC related home-made burning stuff, so that I don't have to annoy you guys :-)

Simply put, when some games are burned, they do not have the ability to be booted up in a dreamcast machine without the help of the utopia boot disk. You can tell if this is the case becuase when you put the burnt game disc in, the audio player comes up on the screen. If this is the case, you just restart the system with the utopia boot disk, and once that has loaded, then you can open up the dreamcast, and then re-insert the burnt game, and it will load and you are on your way to hours of wasted time. =)

ok i burnt the boot disk with nero and it still brings up the audio player

that is impossible, actually did you get the download or the boot disk in .nrg format?
that is the nero format, i have the image in nero format and made 3 backups for buddies of the utopia disc and they all work fine
