CUE and BIN Files

Ive downloaded a game which consists of only 2 files: 1 BIN file and 1 CUE file. Wat do i have 2 do 2 be albe 2 use these files. Can sum1 plz explain it step by step as im not very computer smart. Thanking u in advanced
