Changing the Audio in a DC game

can anyone help me change the audio in a dreamcast backup? I mean like taking the songs out and putting my own in

yeah... if its cdda, simply put your own music in (cdda = compact disk digital audio... same thats on a music cd) if its adx, get your mp3s and convert them to waves. then open the sega movie creator and select your audio file and output it to adx and replace. you need NEED to cdi-rip the image and isobust the iso to get all the files you need (if its already burned then you don't have the ip.bin you need).
