Problems with NBA 2K

I want to copy NBA 2K (DC). I've heard something 'bout the oportunity to copy the CDs for Dreamcast. But the side is so confusing, I just don't get it. As far as I got it:
- I need a boot CD from Utopia. This CD is only to boot DC, before I play the game (everytime or only once?..);
- I need some software to copy the games;
Tell me what is wrong and what is missing, please.
And answer me in a "human" language, please (kinda newbie)... )
