Help With Sega Rally 2 - Xena ??

I am trying to rip Sega Rally 2, which is my firts winse game, and I cannot get it to work.

I have visited Xena's site, which is the wealth of info, and found the tutorial which tells you to use bincon on the 0winceos.bin file and also the GD rom ripping database, which says to use ipbin4win to active "s~~". I did this in that order and then ran through the echelon self boot system, using 1st_read.bin as the boot bin name (which was created by bincon) although binhack wouldn't do anything 'cause it was wince. When I tested the CD it went to the optins screen for controler, memory etc after the Sega screen - no game.

have I done something wrong or in the wrong order, or is it just a dodgy CD ?

Bincon 0WINCEOS.BIN 1WINCEOS.BIN

Delete 0WINCEOS.BIN

Rename 1WINCEOS.BIN 0WINCEOS.BIN

Start IPBIN4WIN, Open up the ip.bin file,
turn the "SXXA OS Used" Box on
Click Patch.
