Sega GT CDDA?

ok guys, quick question. has anyone ripped sega gt (ntsc) and got it to work with cdda? i know how to, but what/how did you edit (cut or whatever) the cdda to get it to fit...

replace the biggest wav track to small one

cdda 1st_read.bin
