BF Vietnam
We have several p/c's running thru a network using a router. In the past we have played BF1942, and other online games with no hitch.. Just recently when either we log on to play the same game we bump each other off. If I'm on first then my son logs on he kicks me off then he can play.. It all depends upon whos on first. We have both did they punkbuster updates, so I do not know if thats an issue.. Any ideas ?? Thanks

It might be a wonderful CDKey protection right, games are becoming very strict about game cracking and pirating, so you may be experencing this because you guys are both using the same CDKey which results bumping one of you off of the game. My only suggestion is to either contact them or search on google to see if you are able to play with the same CD key

If you can play together on a LAN game, then I would be suspicious that your router isnt playing nice. This is a bit off topic as this is a PC Game backup forum.

If you have two CD keys, then the reason is because you are trying to connect using a single IP address.
Maybe ask your ISP if you can get a second IP. |

CD Key
We've been using a router for several years... Never had a problem until 3 days ago.
