d/cast copy won't work ??

i have a dreamcast, and have got hold of some coppied games , i put them in and they won't work.
someone told me to download a boot disc from the internet, but there is that many options i have come accross and don't understand most of them. can someone point me in the right direction.

hi i am new to this but this is how i did it
if the cd backups are not self boot (do not load on there own)

then you need to get a utopia boot disk
you can get the image for this from dccopyworld.com
download this image and burn it using nero etc

then when you come to play a game put the boot disk in first and and it loads up put the game in you want to play and away you go
