Newbie with a problem :)

I followed all the directions that are found here:

Everything works fine up to the point of download.
The upload process works correctly (blue border turns red). I see the >>>>. The 'o'-'k' appears. I change the baud rate to 115k. The macro works.

**BUT**

The disk information (example):
first=3 last=3
track=3 start sector=45150 size=504150
file: track03.iso.gz
DOES NOT CHANGE, REGARDLESS OF THE DISK IN THE MACHINE.

**AND**

After a short period (5-10 minutes) of what appears to be a normal download process (the Xmodem window is working), the tera-term window fills up with a bunch of garbage and the process halts.

Any ideas?
