iso editing changes image size

does anybody know of an ISO editing tool that will leave a cd's imag file size in tact? I have an image of 700 mg that grows to 1.6g yipes!

Winiso keep the size of the total data, if you add files to the image, the size grow, if you substract files to the image, the size decrease.

No that is not what is going on. Of course if you add a file the size will change but not more than double in size. Anyway evan if you were to remove a file and save the edited version it will olnly save as over a gig,

I use WinIso and I never had this problem, the final size is the total amount of data, so I dont know why the size increase in your task.
Maybe the problem is when you try to update an image built with another app than winiso.
