1:1 Copy of Sacred?

Can anyone help out a newbie?

I am trying to make a 1:1 copy of Sacred UK.

I got the latest Clony, Alcohol 120 and alcoholer. Get the copy protection from clony via alcoholer (VOB Protect CD), invoked alcohol 120 thru the alcoholer to transfer the settings. I did everything at 1x speed read, write and DPS (DMS? DSM? whatever) as reccomended by *************.

I then mounted the image with d-tools 3.46... and I am getting the disk verification error. I tried this with emulation of RPMS on and off...

So... has anyone out there managed to make a working copy? And if so, can you give me exact instructions as to how you did it?

I saw in another thread on the mgforum that they said that I needed to remove alcohol and delete the registry manually... I uninistalled it, and didn't find any traces in the registry to delete manually... Still got the same disk verification error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to uninstall Alcohol and Alcoholer since they are blacklisted.

And even then it might not work
The original CD isn't recognized on one of my two PCs, although there ain't no burning/mounting program installed...

This CP really sucks ass.
