boot disc help

i am having problems with the utopia boot disc. when i put the disc in and turn on the power it usually will not load the disc. instead it will go to the blue audio cd screen. i have only been able to load it like 5 times.

i didn't burn the disc so im not sure what software and speed were used. and the disc just has a silver top so i don't know which brand.
