NOT a newbie...but I am stuck

I burned a bin/cue file using both fireburner and cdrwin. After I put in my boot disc then the game disc, I get these two guys images on the disc. What does this mean???? Where did I go wrong??? Was my setting not correct??? If so please help with settings for either one of these programs thanks.

that is correct just wait and it will boot, if the game isn't supported then you will get the images of the two guys, otherwise you will get an image of the game you are playing
