no luck

ive been tring to get a few files for the last few days and have tried and diff times of the day but cant ever get any, is anyone else haveing this trouble?
ive tried a randomly picked game and was unable to download a file

I can only give you this hint:
Dont use Download managers.
When I use them, the downloads never work.
Simple use the Internet Explorer window "Save as" and it should work.
