VCDs or MPG files?

Hey guys, does my modded PS2 allow for me to watch VCDs on it?

I got the Magic 5 and my PS2 is V9.

You can fit over 3 hours of VCD quality DIVX video on one CDR. I use VirtualDub to make my avi’s

PS2 Media Player 1.5 is a great little program, too bad they dropped the project.
