xbmp settings

Hi i was wondering if anyone here would be able to tell me the default number for the aspect ratio setting in xbmp?
I was mucking around with it, trying to make the screen size smaller because a certain file did not look good under the high resolution. Now my screen is too wide, or too narrow.
Can anyone please help?

you messed with Video Settings
TV Monitor? that should be set at 4:3
or if your tv is widescreen it should be 16:9
you'll want to choose pal aswel (noticed your in australia
resolution is the size of the film your watching
hope this helps if not add a bit more detail
i know for sure though that the widescreen is 16:9

But i was hoping if i could get the decimal integer under screen settings for the aspect ratio, it seems, when u change this decimal the ratio changes, but i dont know what the default is.
I'll try pressing white to see if it works. thanx again
