spyro 3 year of the dragon and patch

hi all...i downloaded spyro 3 year of the dragon and it came as a bin/cue file...it is a protected game so requires a patch...i think i have the correct patch from megagames(there were 5 to choose from)...anyway, i used ppf-o-matic and applied the patch correctly but it wont play on my modded psone consule...the crack or patch info came up on the tv but the actual game never loaded...before i applied the patch the first 30 seconds or so of the game would play before u get that message saying Software Terminated console may have been modified...i used alcohol 120 to burn the image file...so i am trying to figure this out as i have made backups of other games that can play in modded psx consul but probably not a protected game like this...any help would be greatly appreciated...this is my first post everyone...thanks a bunch...

not meaning to be a twat here but you screwed you'r self up by telling us you downloaded the game.

this forum is highley against piracy and only deals with problems pertaining to backing up you'r original discs. for this reason you will not get any help here and most likley be issued a offitial warning when this sectins moderator reads this post.

think a little more carefully before you post.
