re F355 USA 60Hz??

I d like to know if someone knows a way to make F355 "USA" running in 60Hz on a PAL DC cause there is no patch and the pal2ntsc converter doesn t work with this game (it works only with tha "JAP" version), I ve read on a site it s possible to edit the ISO in hexa and change a code inside to make this but I can t find this code, does it work with a .cdi or does someone know exactly the way to follow to make this game running in 60Hz........please help me I m really bored!
