I THINK THE TITLE SAYS IT ALL.. what program burns isos best and what progrm makes a game self-bootable from non????????

burn iso's with winoncd or cdrecord,
ECHELON has a tutorial at dccopyworld.com in the utilities section it is self titled, follow that tutorial
