Help with Server trouble

In light of the recent server troubles, I would be willing to E-Mail Fixed Files to any user who wants them in order to free up bandwidth space. If enough of us do this (Maybe each hosting a different file), then the bandwidth of the site would be reduced. GCW has helped me so much over the years, and I would be willing to help in any way possible. Also, maybe users with unused Webspace would be willing to give it over to the site, although I realise that some ISP's don't like this, as the Exe's are copyrighted material.
