unable to read toc,pma or subcode???

When trying to copy to image(using discjuggler 2.0)I get this error on some dreamcast games I bought through internet(they already had been ripped and burned)and 1 of them shows up as a music track on my cdrw,but in my dvd drive it shows up fine,how can I copy these copied dreamcast games, any help would be appreciated, lordlich.

i personally use clonecd but others here i have read just use discjuggler to create the image and then backup,
with my burner hp8200 external clonecd works best, of course with the right settings
