DVD disk can't read in regular PC's drive

I have a DVD disk and try to back up it, whenever I put it in the DVD player it read and load fine, when I put it in DVD PC's drive it keep load it and can't read it. Could someone please tell me how to read it in the PC's drive and what's type of the protection on the disk, I had a Sony DVD+RW DRU-120

Thanks

I am not sure about this one but I would definitly check if I have the latest firmware or driver if I were in your place.

I had similar problem with my DVD writer and upgrading it cleared all my probs.

good luck
