RED FLASHING LINE AT TOP OF TV

When playing certain games, I get a flashing red line at the top of the tv...... Anyone got any ideas what this is, and ways to solve it........

Just out of curiosity is u're machine chipped?

If not then is it only happening when u play usa/jap games?

If so then u're tv doesn't support 60hz properly!
