which 2 extract?

I have the pso files but when i go 2 extract on winrar it tells me that there r no files 2 extract. What the hell does this mean? And when i double click on the file's in winrar they open up agin and it shows the cdi.path name but where i have the file it only says hlg-pso.00. I know cdi is for Dj. But I don't know what 2 do from here.

on that file that has .00 go to open with winrar
then click on the open archive and highlight it then go to the top and say extracto pick a folder and click extract of whatever
then it will say something with a drop down menu saying process all files etc... click that one and if all of the downloaded rar files are complete then it will create the .cdi image in the specific folder you chose to extract to.
