Phantasy Star Online: DJ2 DJ3 WinOnCD using Plex 12/10/32A

First off the bat let me say I have read all the posts on this and other forums covering the last few weeks, including Big Pappa's post.

Hardware + Software details:
Windows ME
Plextor 12/10/32A with firmware 1.07 (Auto Insert Notif = Off)
Discjuggler v2.00.419-FTU and v3.00.762-DTU
WinOnCD 3.7

Okay I have a selfboot copy of PSO which works fine and I wanted to make another backup. So far I have backed up many other games without any issues using DJ2 for selfbooting and Nero otherwise.

Now burning the image to HD is no problem but when trying to burn back to a blank right at the end DJ2 (and 3) reports a "Command sequence error or program area is or is not empty". I know some other people have mentioned this but I have read no solution.

My general settings are okay since I can do all other selfbooters and hence I won't bore you by repeating them here. I have tried the Jinxter ghost driver with no luck as well as burning to and from the same drive as suggested in Big Pappa's post. I am running out of ideas so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
