DC Coders Cable avadible to buy??

I found on ####://www.twocom.net/ a DC Coders Cable. Does anybody know if this will work to make backup copies of dc games by ripping them from the gd roms, using dreamrip. It looks a bit hard trying to make my own cable so i would really like to buy one.
