a little question ????

can someone please help me , ik burnt some dreamcast games with dj 2.412 and it went really well until this happend , when i try to read in a self booting game with the plexwriter it reads really slow and gives the error drive not ready all the time. it keeps filling in with dummy blocks and then stops reading the disc. does somebody know what to do ?
