New Dreamcasts protected????

I read somewhere that new DCs will be protected against bootdisks and copied games i have had problems with my dc using a boot disk does any1 know serial or product numbers for the new DC ??? when i use a boot disk it comes up as if its a music track : ( please help

Obviously SEGA will attempt to prevent the playing of copied games on their Dreamcasts.
