bACKING up Deadly alliance FAILED

Hi guys, I tried to back up that game, and it gave me an error when it was verifying.

I follow the procedures on the sticky with RECOR NOW MAX 4.50.

The only thing I think is wrong is that I have my burner on the same cable as the Hard drive. Could that be the problem??.

Could it be the MEDIA also???? I was using the "LASER" brand. (its cheap), someone got it for me.

And i was copying at 4x.

My drive is a Pioneer 106D

It is a very large game. Cheap media is known to have problems when it gets near its capacity. Also, verifying isn't necessary. If it was the verification at the end of the burn your backup might still be ok.

i had the same problem i could not back this game up useing recordnow or primo dvd i had to use nero then it worked the other programs just gave me errors

I used RecordNow Max no problem. You say your burner is on the same cable as your HD so I am assuming that your HD is primary master and burner is primary slave? If so set your burner as secondary master.

So you r saying that the VERIFYING process is not important???

And If I can put the burner as Sec Master would that be better???

Another thing..... do you think that my backup is allright anyway??

I don't have my ps2 modchipped yet. I have no way of trying it untill next week probably.

Do you recommend to keep the backup and see if it works or not???

Keep the backup, it should be ok.
