I guess it depends on the programs you have on your pc
I get like 6 other things including my scanner software which when enabled always tries to find my scanner at startup..... and I like to have it turned off unless I need it of course. It still a pretty good tool though.....specially for newbies

buddys, i stopped using win98 a long time ago. I use Win2k now, and that doesnt have msconfig.
Sure i did download an msconfig type program (had a problem with spearhead installing and rundll, still isnt fixed though), but that's aside the point......and so is this .ink problem. It wasnt a desktop shortcut. It was just some temp file that that window washer program happened to have deleted, and for some reason the computer was looking for it. I just dont like it bothering me about it.
