Dec 2000 DC
Hey all, I'm just wondering if they ever hacked the December 2000 models so you could run backups on it?
I've searched the forum but I'm not entirely certain if there was ever a workaround or not. Thanks! |

So, you mean you can play backups on it? I'm dying to play SNES games on my DC
![]() I tried months and months ago to make backups on it with no luck.. but I've been reading about some LBA 45000 technique, is that what circumvents the protection (or just applies alternate selfboot)? I don't see how else the DC could tell a CDR from a GD-ROM

Just look here for the Emu:

Hey inevident, did you ever get that thing to boot a backup? I got a DEC 2000 DC as-well and I've tried everything with no luck and 18 coaster so far.
