espn 2k4

having trouble backing up espn 2k4 using alcohol 120 and a memorex dvd writer. i have backed up many games but this one says the address doesnt match image writing failed 2 coasters so far.can anybody help. or is there any other burning software i can buy with directions how to back up ps2's
