CDR WIN

My burner is compatable with cdrwin but when i try and backup a ps2 game i keep getting an error message drive is empty and it will not read the disk. Is there anyother program i could us except clone as it is not compatable? There is ASPI layer as a used force ASPI. Even when i try and expore the disk from windows you cant with my burner but you can with my DVD drive. Also CDR WIN thinks the disk is an audio one is this right. PLEASE HELP ME?????
