Smile How do I backup a ps2 game bigger than 4.7gig?

How do I backup ps2 games larger than 4.7 gigs? (is there a way you can span them on 2 seperate 4.7 DVD disks?)

There is a guide online for splitting MGS2S onto 2 discs online. Don't know about Xenogears. You sure you don't mean Xenosaga?

Xenosaga has been ripped. The movie sequences are downgraded so it will fit onto one dvd. There is no kit to do the ripping though. The entire 4 gig game file has to be downloaded.(don't ask where)

Hmmm.. My friend has a 2 disk DVD of Xenosaga.... (DVD) backup... (he bought off someone..) so i know there is a method out there somewhere....
