copying probz!

I have the latest clonecd(2.7.8.1) and a plextor12/10/32a writer. original backups work on my dc but copys of certain gamez (charge-n-blast,looney tunes space race) crash shortly after play and others either dont bootup or crash before the main screen appears + why dont music tracks copy over when using clonecd to backup my copy of guilty gear x? is there an answer or should i use different software?
any help extremely appreciated!!
