Slide Card and PSX 2 VERS.7

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IF I NEED ANY PATCH TO BURN TOMB RAIDER ANGEL OF DARKNESS (PSX 2 DVD) ? I DON'T HAVE ANY MOD CHIP JUST I SLIDE CARD WITH THE TWO BOOTING DISK (FOR CD AND DVD GAME). MY PSX 2 IS A VERSION 7 !
HELP I'M GETTING MAD !!!!
