Now that they are currently no longer making them is it still not allowed to legally d/l iso's??

If I can't I won't bother but since my friend is selling his for 20$ I thought if it's still possible to get ISO's as here in PEI you will have better luck finding atari 2600 games than anything for the DC.

I had a DC before but traded it in when I got my PS2 when it still had value and I miss some of the games I had on it. Thanks for the help.

Legally download iso's? No it is not allowed, and probably never will be. Much like any console in the past that has been discontinued (like snes, genesis), the game companies still own rights to the games. It will only be legal when the game companie (that makes the game) says it is legal.
