I am willing to wager...
That the game Furious Karting is the longest game to d/l to a pc. I also wager that after doing so you will say to yourself why did I bother!!!!!!!!

i don't have that game but i do have a multisystem emulator which takes 1 hour 20 miniutes to dl from xbox dvd to pc. it's just the shear amount of small files even though the dl speed is constant at 5.5 mb/s

Thats it
I never thought the amount of files would effect the d/l time. I will say this the game has more files than mighty"X". It took over 3 hours to do the game and like I said not worth it.

yep the amount does effect the ftp time. i have found that for example a 1gb file will ftp faster than a folder containing say 3000 files totaling just over 400 mb. its because the ftp programme has to stop and start for every file that's what takes the time.
