How do I play online with Jap DC games?

How do I play online with Jap DC games like:

Powerstone II
Marvel VS Capcom II
Spawn

Do I need a JApanese ISP? Recommend any? Do any free ones work?

Please help

ok...with all Jap capcom games..you will not be able to play online within the game itself...cos they only dial into the capcom japan game server, and you gotta be within japan to do that!!
your jap machine will still be able to browse online with uk dreamkeys...using a vga box and monitor...and quake3 uk or us editions...hope that helps
